HONOR OR MEMORY

    Individuals often wish to recognize a family member, a friend or a loved one in a special way. There are many occasions and events in people's lives that call for gift giving and recognition. If you are looking for a way to honor the memory of a loved one, or are unsure of what to give someone special for a birthday, anniversary or other occasion a memorial or honor gift to The United Methodist Retirement Homes may be the answer.
    Your gift can be directed to a specific community (Croasdaile Village, Cypress Glen, Wesley Pines) or to a specific purpose or project. We will acknowledge your gift as well as send notice of your generosity to the person the gift honors, or to the family, if the gift is a memorial.
    Memorial Gifts are donations that are given specifically in tribute to someone who has passed on, whether it be a family member, friend or someone special to you. Honor Gifts are made to show affection or gratitude to a person in your life. Honor gifts are given in honor of a loved one or someone special usually for some occasion, accomplishment or just to say thanks.

HOW YOU CAN DESIGNATE YOUR GIFT

Gifts to The United Methodist Retirement Homes can be restricted, designated to a specific campus or fund, or unrestricted, to be used where most needed. Your gift can be for a capital project, a scholarship, a program, or for benevolence. We have two benevolence funds: Our Benevolent Care Annual Fund provides for current needs; our Benevolent Care Endowment provides for future needs. Our Mothers' Day Offering supports the Benevolent Care Annual Fund.
