Welcome

Recruiting and maintaining a great workforce is just one of the many responsibilities the human resources directors have. Being a member of that workforce and having access to information about your job and the benefits and opportunities that are available to you can empower you as an employee. This new web page is for anyone who is employed by the United Methodist Retirement Homes, Inc. and its affiliated communities, Croasdaile Village, Cypress Glen, Wesley Pines and Quail Haven Village. It is designed to give you up-to-date information about your rights as an employee, your benefits and compensation, training and educational opportunities and any number of concerns which you may have.

If you do not find the answers to your questions on the above tabs or in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) just go to the ASK LISA tab under the menu and fill out the form. The contents of the form will come directly to me via my email box and your questions and concerns will remain private.
   
Of course, it is important that you first contact your community human resources director with questions and concerns. They will most likely be able to assist you. You may use the email links provided on the menu to the left or you may call their office and set up an appointment to meet with them directly.
